Overview

Create a multimedia experimental documentary of an African-American World War II veteran for incorporation in an American History museum exhibit on World War II. For this project, I focused on the re-introduction of forgotten or missing information into American History, specifically the African-American soldiers stories from World War II. The project becomes more personal for the viewer by focusing on a specific family history.

Project Role

• I performed all research, content gathering, project planning.
• In the design rationale, I address the experimental documentary form, interactivity within a museum context, and museum exhibition design methodology.
• Developed multiple concepts.
• Created a prototype in Director.
