Snapfish provides a pick-up in store service for several photo products. The goal of this initiative is improve the end-to-end experience and improve awareness of the pick-up in-store service.
- Worked on several concepts to increase awareness, including adding a link in the header, working on specific tiles throughout the store, updates to the builder experience and changes to the shopping cart
- Usability testing sessions with current Snapfish customer with the different concept designs to confirm if awareness would be positively impacted.
- Created a report for the product, marketing and engineering team with feedback from the usability sessions.
